The first six posts are quite long. So now we will be releasing each chapter split into weekly segments of ~250 words (starting with post # 7). The segments will be posted every Wednesday.
We hope this will make reading them more practical.
Please leave some feedback, if you have any thoughts. It would make our day, thank you!

“I know that you have a healing center at Stuffed Haven, but this here is… special. It is truly one of a kind. I don’t have too many details, but earlier today, someone was hurt. From what I hear, gravely and it doesn’t look hopeful.”ChipChip said sadly.
Ducky’s heart skipped a beat as she remembered her own surgery; the needle was sharp and incredibly painful. She shook the memory off. She worried for the poor animal.

“We will be walking by the door and must be very quiet. I would never be allowed to bring strangers here, but you must know what is at stake.” ChipChip said seriously.
They walked up to the door doing their best to be silent. There was a poor animal on the cot inside and they were in incredible pain, judging from the agonizing wails echoing around them. They could see a jagged cut that was bleeding stuffing. Ordinarily this could be fixed with a painful, but routine seam. The shredded fur though, was the difficult part. Too much had been stripped away. There was no way to repair a wound like that fully; the poor creature would lose a paw, at least.
ChipChip held up a paw to his mouth to remind them to stay silent for what came next. There was movement in the room and a massive paw held out something delicate and fluffy to the patient. It must be stuffing, Ducky presumed. They must be doing a transfusion.
That would never be enough stuffing, Momo thought as he watched. ChipChip made a shushing sound as Momo gasped in horror. The paw that held the fluffy substance, raised it up to the patient’s mouth. What sick and twisted stuff was going on here? He looked to ChipChip, who gave him a silencing look. They needed to get out of here now, Momo thought.
ChipChip squeezed his paw and motioned towards the room. Momo was stunned as he looked up. The pieces of fur were seaming themselves together. No needle or thread was in sight. The wound seemed to magically heal itself. Ducky looked as awestruck as he did. ChipChip motioned them and they followed him further into the stand.
“What was that?” Momo whispered, still reeling from what he had seen.
“Now is not the time or place, if he catches us-“, ChipChip started.
“We aren’t going anywhere until you tell us what we just saw”, Momo said firmly. He was still on edge; adrenaline fueled by incredulity coursed through him.
“Okay okay, I will tell you, but then we have to go. I will explain everything fully, as soon as we’re through here, I promise. No paws crossed.” ChipChip said exasperatedly.
“It is called, Cotton Candy.”
